When picking a day to shoot our film project we will come across many obstacles. My group doesn’t have a similar after school schedule, with some being busy the day the others are not, so when it comes to finding a day we can all shoot it will be difficult. Another big problem with this is that the three other members of my group do not have licenses or rides, so we do have to create a weekly schedule based off however they are getting transportation.
Since our film does take place at night, my group and I agreed that the two days that we have the most availability is on Friday and Saturday nights around 8 (or when the sun has gone down completely), where we can all easily meet up and do our work. If any problems do come up in our schedule, we can be sure to find ways around it, whether it be moving the shoot to another night, finding a different time, or possibly doing it without them (as a last option, if we are sure we do not need their help with that specific recording).
